Rites of day/night before Arafah
A number of devotional acts may be practiced on this blessed night. Reference (Mufatih ul Jinan)
(1). Fast - It is recommended to observe fasting on this day, for its reward is equal to the reward of eighty-month worship
(2). Repentence / Asthagfa'ar The blessed night of 'Arafah is the night of praying for granting all requests. Repentance at this night is accepted, prayers answered, and acts of worship and obedience achieve the reward of 170 years of worship.(the book of Ahmad ibn Shazan)

Recite the following 10 tasbeehaat as many times, even a thousand times:
As reported by Hassan ibn Ashnas in his book. Abul Fath al-Baras Emla narrated on the authority of Abu Abdullah al-Hussein in Ismaeel al-Qazi, on the authority of Yusuf ibn Musa, on the authority of Muslim al-Azudi, on the authority of Urwat ibn Qays al-Yahmadi, on the authority of Umma al-Fayz the maid of Abdul Malik ibn Marvan, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Masood, “I heard Abdullah ibn Masood say, „“If anyone recites the tasbeeh 100 times on the night of Arafa, whatever he asks God the Honorable the Exalted will be fulfilled except if he prays to commit sins, or cut off ties of kinship.‟”
I asked Ibn Masood, “Did you report this on the authority of the Prophet (saws)? He said: “Yes.”
سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ عَرْشُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلأَرْضِ حُكْمُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلْقُبوُرِ قَضَاؤُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلْبَحْرِ سَبيلُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلنَّارِ سُلْطَانُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلْجَنَّةِ رَحْمَتُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلُهُ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي رَفَعَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي بَسَطَ ٱلأَرْضَ سُبْحَانَ ٱلَّذِي لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَا مِنْهُ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ
پاک ہے وہ خدا جس کا عرش آسمان میں ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا جس کا حکم زمین میں نافذ ہے پاک ہے وہ خد اجس کا فیصلہ قبروں میں نافذ ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا جس کا دریا میں راستہ ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا جو جہنم پر اختیار رکھتا ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا جنت میں جس کی رحمت ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا قیامت میں جس کا عدل ہے پاک ہے وہ خدا جس نے آسمان بلند کیا پاک ہے وہ خدا جس نے زمین بچھائی پاک ہے وہ خدا جس سے پناہ و نجات نہیں مگر اسی کے ہاں سے
Glory be to Him Whose Throne is in the heavens. Glory be to Him Whose dominion is on the earth. Glory be to Him Whose decree is in the graves. Glory be to Him Whose ways are in oceans. Glory be to Him Whose authority is (clearly shown) in Hellfire. Glory be to Him Whose mercy is in Paradise. Glory be to Him Whose justice is on the Resurrection Day. Glory be to Him Who raised the skies. Glory be to Him Who expanded the earth. Glory be to Him save Whom there is no shelter and no salvation.
