Then Pray 2 Unit (1X2)
Niyyah - Qurbatan Ilallah
* Ist Unit : Surah Fatiha once and Surah Qadr once
*2nd Unit : Surah Fatiha once Surah Al-Kawthar
Qunoot (before going to Ruku in second unit):
Recite 3 times:

أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ

بھلا جو مضطر کی دعا سنتا ہے جب وہ اسے پکارتا ہے اور تکلیف دور کرتا ہے

Or who answers the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes the adversity

Complete the Namaz.
After Completing Namaz, Go into Sajda:

While in Sajda, recite 9 times:
"Ask from Allah by the waseela of Imam Jawad AS"
("Allahumma inni as'aluka bihaqqi Muhammad ibn Ali al-Jawad, alayhis salam...")
